Mekong Riverside Lodge

It’s really pretty and it’s super close to the pier where the slowboat gets off.

There was a cockroach that walked on my bet just before I went to sleep which made me jump up from my sleep whenever the mosquito net would touch my leg. Later I found a worm and a dead spider in the room. The room is not properly closed off so every little bug can come inside… the bed was also quite hard and the mosquito net had wholes in it so I still got stung.

Noen mygg og kakerlakker kom inn under nattens regnskyll under dørkarmen, men dette er å forvente når man sover på et overnattingssted i jungelen.

Just above the boat pier. The room is amazing. Air conditioned. Toiletries provided. The balcony overlooks the river. Walking distance from lots of food options and convenience stores. Excellent green surroundings. So peaceful. Simple but nice breakfast. Wish I stayed longer.

You have to climb up a hill to get there so do some cardio before coming.

It was in a gorgeous location with free breakfast.

There were a lot of bugs, no AC and weird mould smell from bathroom

The place is perfectly located near the pier and with an excellent view of the river, it has a jungle lodge vibe and the room was comfortable. It provides breakfast and the staff was really friendly
