Hotel Gaya

Location of the hotel is wonderful, people at the reception are the soul of this vintage hotel, patio and swimming pool are very nice

coffee at the breakfast room is just undrinkable

the location is perfect pretty much by the beach, staff was very nice too, the swimming pool is certainly a plus, although it closes early

the single room was very small and old, the bathroom had an odd smell, breakfast was okay except the coffee which was of the worst I've ever had

Unprofessional staff when things went wrong. Indifference when they ran out of towels and only after much chasing were we given 2 hand towels for showering. Water leak meant they turned off the water in bathroom bar toilet but didn’t supply bottled water for hand washing etc. Had been off for 20 hours when we left . Inappropriate letter at reception and in rooms stating if air conditioning turned to lower than 22 degrees they would switch it off in your room for 48hours. No fridge for a cold drink during the night. Safe was an extra charge. Decor dated and very tired. Hotel in great need of major financial investment to bring it up to expected standards

Friendly staff ,spacious room ,close to beach and other facilities around. And Salvatore are brilliant men

Such a lovely hotel. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were recommended places to eat and they were oustanding.

We had a very good stay at hotel Gaya. It’s a very nice hotel next to the beach and the staff was very kind and helpful! We would definitely like to come back again.
