Location and staff were really great. Pool was lovely too.

"Great hotel in Palolem within walking distance to the Beach!"

The hotel is well located. Right from the welcome drinks, staff are very courteous especially the Manager Pardeep Kumar who has been very professional and helpful throughout. The housekeeping team, especially Sumeet, Mallikesh & Newton did a great job to keep our room clean, inviting and comfortable. The buffet had a good spread and quantity, very tasty suited my pallette very well thanks to the chef Ramesh. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing made even more welcoming with smiling attendants like Joel, Alrich & Ajay.  There were small issues with the safe, clothing rack and ironing, but they were attending to very promptly. All in all, a great stay with good kind & courteous staff.  We will definitely stay here again.👍

החדר היה נעים מאוד ומרווח. מקלחת מפנקת והכל מאוד נקי. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה עם הרבה מאוד מגוון והיו הרבה אופציות מערביות. הצוות היה מקסים, פינקו אותנו בחדר וAshley היה מקסים ואדיב. נהנו מאוד משהות וממליצים, מקום מאוד מתאים למשפחות

המלון לא על הים, אך במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה
