Casanova by the Sea - Just a walk away to Canacona Beach

Location is excellent.

The bathroom was poor, the shower didn’t work properly, the shower head was blocked with mould, broken floor tiles, shower curtain dirty and mouldy.

Music so loud at night time. Really difficult to sleep for the noise

It's not on the beach front as mentioned... it's near the beach

Ambience & clean room staff are so polite and helpful.

After 10 there is no way to go out from your decided room.... This is the major improvement they have to do..

Room in ground floor. In the room there was no cupboard, no table ,only one dressing table and bed. The room should be more furnished.

Pathetic management, when I reached casanova hotel they told me that my room is alot to someone else without informing me. I was helpless, it was embarrassing situation in front of my family. So please take some necessary action these kind of service is not expected from such a reputed website.

Location

Staff does not care at all for customer who are staying they just care about their restaurant. Instead of booking AC room they gave me non AC and said it is not available but I have seen people moving in the AC room after my check in and booking.com it was showing available after my check in

The location is 20 meter from the beach on central road if you dont want to move a lot

Wifi didn't even had signal and no warm water at any hour,so cold watwr and no internet and the stuff felt like didnt like their job,2 days they didnt smile once,they barely said thank you
