Horrible experience :uncomfortable bed dipped at the back Booked sea view Received a room faced a wall Pool had broken floating light in pool Water merky Pigeon poop everywhere including side pool and stairs . Ants in bed Outdated design Toilet didnt flush properly Pool chairs need to be replaced New umbrellas and cleaning of pigeon poop in pool and surrounding areas Not a pleasant experience very sad actually Asked the hotel to hold our luggage as we switched rooms my husbands watch and bracelet went missing but instead of trying to find a solution the lady said it’s not their fault . We filed police report ..

Location was great and the staff were very friendly

The rooms could of been a bit cleaner and more updated.

Staff are helpful and open to trying to accomodate your requests. Without them I wouldn’t have made it 1 nights.

It should be a 2 star. The entire hotel had an overwhelming smell of sewage and urine. Our room came with an unnecessary extra bed that took up valuable space. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mouldy silicone around the tub and a mouldy shower curtain. The bedroom itself was dimly lit, and both the pillows and towels were in desperate need of an upgrade. Towels provided were often threadbare, torn or past their prime, or we were only given a hand towel instead of a proper bath towel.
