Hotel Casa Teofista

It was really near the beach. Their place is spotless and spacious. Everything is provided at the kitchen.

Front staff should know how to greet back or smile. The road to the beach should be improved.

Very accommodating staff, near to Alona Beach, and other establishments.

However, we encountered some issues only with the bed. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

The staff are all helpful and considerate.

Dailly housekeeping is available but for a fee.

Bonne literie, pas loin de la plage (2 min)

Porte de douche hs, prise électrique hs, climatisation au Max et non réglable (réparé après 1j), fuite du toit (des gouttes tombent directement sur le lit), siège des WC non fixé, robinet de la salle de bain non fixé (très compliqué pour l’ouvrir), coffre-fort inutilisable, rien pour étendre ces affaires mouillées (obligé d’étendre dans le couloir). Le personnel ne connaît pas la région (« il faut aller à Tagbilaran pour trouver une pharmacie et un médecin » : après une recherche Google, 3 pharmacie à moins de 5 min à pied et une clinique à 2 min en tricycle). Et en plus l’hôtel était en travaux et ça n’était pas indiqué.

The hotel’s location is central, making it easy to get around. The room is spacious, with an old-style charm. It does have a slight old smell, but it’s clean and well-kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the property is old but maintained nicely.

However, the road leading to the hotel needs improvement. It’s rough, and when it rains, it floods almost knee-deep. Even a light rain can turn the road muddy with large water-filled holes, which can be quite inconvenient.

Obiekt bardzo blisko plaży, obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna, duże pokoje, czysto i bez żadnych oszustw.

Wszystko było tak jak powinno być:-)
