Great location, nice big room (room 3) huge bathroom. staff lovely

Room was pretty cold, heating system very loud, unfortunately as it was winter we had to keep it on through the night. Breakfast chef didn’t turn up so no breakfast available next day, staff member offered us free lunch but we had to head home.

"room was digusting toilet had not been cleaned dirty from last occupant , moved us to first floor he"

breakfast was good but nothing else was good

lift wasnt working and we were told lift to first floor then a FEW steps to our room it was 12 steps to first floor and another 12 steps to 2nd floor where our room was but unforunatly it was too much for my husband as he cant do stairs got to room and had to use inhaler to breath as he has COPD i made hotel aware that why i asked for a ground floor room or a lift
