Preço e Localização. O quarto que fiquei no térreo tinha wi-fi, TV, frigobar, ventilador, mesinha de estudo e iluminação indireta na cabeceira (bem legal).

Não ter um banheiro individual no quarto em que fiquei. Como está passando por reforma, pela manhã tinha barulho das pessoas trabalhando e transitando no corredor.
