Pillows too soft Room was stuffy no insect screens on windows and balcony door No fan or AC in the room. No deferentiation between smoking and non smoking rooms.

Not opted. Dinner would have better

Service was very poor. Toiletries in bathroom not there.

It's overpriced on booking.com visavis room given to us.First floor Room was brand new but many areas yet to be furnished.Bathroom didn't have soap dish,floors were slippery,no bath mats,plastic of the bathroom door was not removed.One side of the room faced the dumping ground but we could see the peaks .Though Staff is very polite and sweet ,but they definitely need whole lot of training,they can't handle too many tourists.
