Sotto Il Cielo Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely excellent — friendly, attentive, and always willing to go out of their way to help us. Their attitude really stood out and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, our visit was let down by the event taking place on the night of our stay. Music was blasting until around 1:30am, and it was impossible to sleep. It wasn’t just the volume — the DJ seemed far more interested in hearing his own voice over the microphone than actually playing music, which made the noise even more intrusive. Being kept awake into the early hours was not pleasant and definitely affected our overall experience.

La posizione della struttura, il personale la piscina ed il ristorante

Pulizia e tanti piccoli particolari che non danno il diritto di sfoggiare le 4 stelle . Il giorno d'arrivato sono stato messo in una stanza che non era degna nemmeno di essere definita un tugurio. A seguito di una mia lamentela sono stato spostato in una stanza che apparentemente era migliore ma nel complesso non coerente con l'offerta proposta
