"This is the worst hotel in my life"

This is the worst hotel in my life: stench, terrible cleaning, loud noise, dirty bed linen, etc. This is in all rooms. It was impossible to sleep and I changed the hotel.

nothing, false advertising, picture with swimming pool and different building on Booking.com

very dirty carpet and mattress, ugly sheets, spider webs next to beds, very noisy from casino, loud music and yelling until 5am.

We booked an apartments for two adults and two kids. We were accommodated in a one-bedroom suite with a couch that doesn't stretch out and doesn't turn into a sleeper. There were no towels or sheets. There was no refrigerator too. Poor service. I do not recommend this hotel.
