La posizione è ottima,l'hotel è in centro ed abbastanza vicino agli impianti. La spa è molto bella ed è gestita bene.

La mancanza di parcheggio in hotel è risultato abbastanza scomodo in un periodo di punta. La cucina ed il modo in cui è gestita mi ha un po' deluso,piatti semplici e buffè povero e quasi sempre vuoto. La delusione più grande è sicuramente la camera,molto datata, senza frigobar, la moquette con parecchie macchie e soprattutto il bagno vecchio, piccolo, malfunzionante e con la doccia nella vasca da bagno (scomodissima); va detto che noi abbiamo soggiornato in una quadrupla economy,ho visto altre camere molto più belle all'interno della struttura, ma eravamo comunque in un un'hotel 3 stelle superior e francamente di superior non c'era nulla.
