Ottima accoglienza, camera pulita e ben dorata. Gestione accogliente

Piccolo Hotel, ma pulito, silenzioso, camera comoda e il titolare gentile e disponibile. Lo abbiamo scelto per un soggiorno di 1 notte avevamo una gara podistica. Si è rivelata ottima soluzione per gli spostamenti e rapporto qualità/prezzo indiscutibile.

Könnyű volt megtalálni és egyszerű volt parkolni. A recepciós úr azonnal sdgítetta parkolásban az épület mellett, megmutatott mindent, aranyos volt velünk. Van hideg víz, üdítőital, kávé, forró csoki, keksz, stb éjjel-nappal. Sajnos mi a víziparkot nem próbáltuk ki, mert nem volt időnk, de nagyszerű lehet . A belváros autóval 3 perc.

A klíma kicsit gyenge, reggelre sem hült le eléggé a szoba. Fürdő szűkös.

Hello, Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable. The host was incredibly considerate — always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, and even looking up the bus and train schedules for us as we waited on our last day. That small act of kindness left a big impression. It’s easy to see why this place has such a great reputation. We had been a bit tense after a not-so-great stay at a previous hotel, but the host and staff here really helped us feel at ease. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and wish them all the best in everything ahead. Take care!
