Struttura datata ma ben tenuta. Ottimo pulizia e ordine Squisita accoglienza OK succhia ed acqua free h24 incluse merendine e bevande calde. Peccato che questo sia anche la colazione. Comunque ci ritornerei volentieri.

Personale disponibile, gentile e sorridente. Sono andata con 4 bambini e abbiamo passato un bellissimo pomeriggio in piscina (vasche adatte ad ogni tipo di età). Ci torneremo!

Fino al check out tutto.Pulizia, tranquillità,servizi,tutto ok.

Prima di prenotare ho parlato al telefono con la struttura, è categoricamente avevo precisato che volevo usufruire della piscina sia il 13 che il 15,pagando . Mi era stato assicurato che non ci fossero problemi. Arrivato in struttura ho ribadito la richiesta che se dovevo dare qualcosa,pagare per stare il giorno 13 e il giorno 15 in piscina,non c'erano problemi,sempre la stessa risposta,tranquillo non ci sono problemi,non devi dare niente. Stamani 15/08, libero la camera,aspetto apertura piscina,entro e mi viene detto che; siamo al completo. Vado in Hotel ,lo dico al titolare,quasi non se ne fotte dell' accaduto. Ora capite che il 15 di Agosto essere appeso così non va bene? Manco un tentativo di riparare,una semplice scusa,niente. Non si fa così. Con signorilità gli ho stretto la mano e sono andato via.Grazie di tutto. A mai più.
