Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Substandard Conditions I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my stay at Piławski Dwór (Room No. 5). The accommodation did not meet basic sanitary and quality standards and significantly differed from what is reasonably expected when booking through your platform. My family, including a woman after an extremely long journey (over 48 hours) and a child with an injured arm in a brace, stayed at this property expecting to rest. Unfortunately, this was not possible due to the following issues: - All beds in the room were in very poor condition: the structures appeared damaged and produced loud noise even with minimal movement, making sleep impossible - Bed bases and mattresses were visibly worn and unstable - The sink faucet was malfunctioning: instead of a normal flow, water was spraying irregularly - Towels were heavily worn and did not meet basic hygiene expectations (grey, not properly clean in appearance) - No basic hygiene products (such as soap) were provided in the shower area These conditions indicate a failure to maintain the property at an acceptable standard and do not align with the expectations set by the listing. The price paid (56 EUR) is clearly disproportionate to the quality of the accommodation provided. In my opinion, this property should not be offered at such a rate without clear disclosure of its actual condition. I kindly request: 1. An investigation into this property 2. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Nie było problemu przedłuzyć doby hotelowej. Bardzo miła obsługa. Wyśmienita kuchnia

Pomimo że przyjechaliśmy później niż wcześniejsze złożenie to personel poinformował nas jak możemy dostać się do pokoju pomimo już zamkniętej recepcji. Śniadanie było pyszne następnego dnia i obfite. Pokoje przestronne i czyste.

Świetne miejsce na nocleg w trasie. Możliwość bezkontaktowego, nawet późnego, zameldowania. Duży,słoneczny,ciepły i czysty pokój. Posciel czyściutka,pachnącą. Ręczniki i żel prysznic są. Panie z obsługi bardzo miłe, nawet dostosowały wcześniejsze śniadanie do naszych potrzeb. Jest WiFi. Śniadanie obfite,urozmaicone,smaczne,świeże. Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku.

Nic.Wszystko super.
