Excelent hotel! Am fost în hoteluri din Dubai și nu am găsit așa facilități ca aici! Am obținut o cartelă de la un bancomat din holul hotelului, asta fiindcă am ajuns după ora 22.00, iar totul a funcționat foarte ușor, în prealabil fiind contactați de către recepționera pentru a ne oferi toate detaliile legate de cazare. Camera este smart, totul este digital, e foarte curat și confortabil! Am primit apa și bomboane la sosire iar la plecare am primit o cutie de Ferrero Rocher! Foarte frumos gestul, de apreciat! Raport calitate preț, excelent! Bonus - hotelul este situat într-o zonă rezidențială, lângă Plovidiv Mall și un magazin non-stop care este raiul dulciurilor, super aprovizionat cu de toate!!

Micul dejun ar fi putut să fie mai complex, mai diversificat! Am stat două zile și meniul a fost același! Ați putea aduce și ceva produse locale, omleta sa fie caldă, nu a existat muștar.. Oricum aceste minusuri nu afectează cu nimic calitatea serviciilor de la acest hotel.

Inițial m-am cazat pentru o noapte, iar după aceea.. am prelungit șederea! Se înțelege clar cât mi-a plăcut aici!

Să mai lucreze puțin la micul dejun și totul e perfect!

Прекрасен хотел! Изключително чисто, удобно и много спокойно място за почивка. Макар да отседнахме само за една нощ, това е вторият ни престой тук и отново останахме повече от доволни. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!
