The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my requests promptly, making me feel valued as a guest.Hotel Fort Pokaran offered a range of activities that allowed guests to immerse themselves in the vibrant Rajasthani culture. The cultural activities organized by the hotel were captivating and left me with unforgettable memories.

Food was good, hospitality was very good, gardens were well maintained

Cleanliness was fair, lot mosquitoes were in room, light was very poor in room, electric plugs were not working in room, bathroom accessories were not working properly

nicely set in that fort the stay gives you an amazing feeling of the past

facilities are not five star, but v clean, super friendly and caring staff and very good value! amazing

The property is Good and fairly nicely maintained.

The overall service is extremely poor. The management is clearly non-professional (seems to be managed by owners themselves) There is no body in the so called Reception Counter. There is no Waiter/Service Staff till 08:30 in the morning. There is no intercom facility in the Hotel. Even small hotels/lodges have better services. Not worth the amount being charged. All in All not a nice experience. Won't recommend it.

Historical look and green parks. Rooms decor.

Food was not so good in taste. It was very costly also. Wifi was not available. Light fluctuates. Bathrooms were not maintained well. Full size mirror was not provided in rooms.

Inspite of booking in advance, we were not offered the rooms which we paid for. One room was degraded due to overbooking, but the manager kept on saying it is the room which we booked. Though visibly the rooms were different.

One of our room was degraded, but no compensation was made, neither it was admitted.

Nothing at all.

No hot water in tap.
