The staff were wonderful! We had a lovely room with a nice view out over the lake. The bed was comfortable and we even had a bathtub! We booked here for 2 nights but ended up staying 12. Such a convenient place to stay in Pokhara. So close to the restaurants and bars but also really nice and quiet as we were on the fifth floor. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Pokhara.

The toilet stopped flushing but they did come and fix it. So really it wasn’t a bad thing.

Beautiful location with amazing views of the fewa lake and Machhapuchre mountain from the room. and I also got a nice view of Taal Barahii temple. The staff were friendly, When I arrived early in the morning, my booked room wasn't ready, but they quickly provided another room for me to freshen up. I really appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Staff was very polite including Manager plus location was good.

Breakfast offering place not good, plus presentation of breakfast offerings. Property didn’t offer free shuttle or taxi to airport while checking out, whereas we were offered free airport pick and drop.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Pokhara’s tourist district. Very welcoming, friendly staff with great English. The hotel is well presented and the room large and tidy with a comfortable bed, large balcony facing the lake and good shower. The buffet breakfast had a good range of Nepalese and western cuisine. Will definitely come back!
