Helpful staff who changed our room when an issue was raised, good food and free airport transfer.

Hotel is being refurbished in some area and not mentioned in booking. Towels and bedding are very worn and rooms need a clean.

Comfort stay. If no water heater please call staff to switch on for you. Kitchen food not bad, I like it. Breakfast also fine.

Reception were so helpful with everything from using a transport app to giving me an iron to use. The view from the roof is amazing, probably better than any viewing point. Room is prepared to a high standard each day with fresh towels and toiletries and water.

Bar area on rooftop could have been a little neater, but food was good

Food was very good. Plenty of hot water.

Cleaning definitely requires improvement. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned after the previous guests. Filthy. Items advertised such as electric kettle missing from room.
