Номер бронювали на дві ночі, після першої ніхто не прибирав, засоби гігієни і воду не оновили на наступний день. На двох всього одна маленька пляшка води. Ціни в ресторані чималі, але порції жлобські, як і ситуація з водою та засобами гігієни

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. Everything was perfect, the location, the accommodation, the restaurant, the staff. I can't wait until I can visit again. I want to especially mention the waitress who looked after me in the restaurant, Oleksandra is a real credit to this hotel/restaurant. As a lone traveler (volunteer) her very cheerful company and service was most welcome, especially after a very long drive from Lviv through snow etc. I would return for that alone.

I only had one night, not enough at this great place.
