No restaurant or beverages to be had, staff are not present to assist with any useful information. Careful, the Google Maps for this place is wrong, the hotel is close at least, it's near the Super La Muralla (Antiguo Super Wendy). Getting here from Libera airport is challenging with the dreaded Monkey Trail road with large puddles. Get an SUV for this treck if renting a car and avoid navigating it at night. The worst road in the country.

The hotel is in a convenient location.

The room is ok however the hotel does not offer utilities such us dishwashing soap, sponge, oil, condiments. The pool time for guests is only until 7 pm. The cleaning service was very average. They left a bag full of towel outside the apartment without any note about what they were for. Also, we accidentally left our purse on the kitchen table that had around US$80 cash inside and after the cleaning service the money was missing and unfortunately we only realised after checking out. There are some renovations in the surrounding apartments that disturbed our peace very early in the morning without any warning in advance from the hotel staff.

I liked the outdoor seating area on the porch with overhead ceiling fan. Close to a small beach. Pool was nice

The office staff was not very friendly even though I was speaking my best Spanish. I had a really hard time finding the property using Google Maps so had other people call twice with no help provided and I reached out via text with no reply. There is no sign coming into the town from the airport side that says the name of the place. There are very small signs hard to read for another type of property. (Like Villas of something). It was odd that staff were just standing around on the property observing people. I had a nice unit with a lot of nice dishware to use but no dish soap. I realize this was not in the listed items but it seems pretty silly to offer (bad) soap and shampoo but not dish soap when people are traveling… I therefore could not use the dishes. A blanket for the bed would have been nice. I was unable to adjust 2 of the split A/C’s. There was a whole floor of dead small bugs in the bath I didn’t use when door was opened. Had a hard time with the door key. Was a mixture of full time residents and short term rentals all together

The facilities were very comfortable and clean

It didn't have dish soap and the bathroom floors are slippery, there should be a non slip mat in the shower.

The unit was like a one bedroom apartment. Separate, closed bedroom. Main room with sofa, TV and a small kitchen. Outside there was a sitting area with comfortable seating. The pool was really nice.
