Deepak was very helpful. He arranged our transport from Ajmer train station and made sure we had lots of information about the camel fair, including a printed timetable of events. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty and well priced. Couldn't ask for anything more really! Hope to be back for another visit to the spectacular camel fair someday.

Very well maintained and clean. Beautiful inner yard. Very basic room, but comfortable bed with clean sheets and a toilet with warm water. Excellent location with a few minutes walk to the lake.

My room was a bit noisy sometimes because it was towards the road.

We stayed at many hotels in India, and honestly, Tulsi Hotel is one of the cleanest and most please around. The room is excellent, it’s quiet, beautiful and very clean, with everything you need. The hotel owning family is very sweet. the eldest daughter made me a henna, and they took the time to help us plan the rest of our stay in Rajasthan. They even let us leave our suitcase with them for the week we traveled to other cities. Highly recommended 🙏❤️

Everything! The place is run by a lovely family and you immediately feel at home! I'm not exaggerating but I felt like part of the family. The room is nice and clean. Beautiful decor, beautiful bedsheets. The whole palace decor is absolutely delightful and it's a pleasure to have breakfast/dinner outside the rooms. Food is also super tasty, the breakfast pancakes are extremely fluffy! You can also have great henna done by the daughter of the owner!

There was no soap in the bathroom, I didn't ask cause I had my own, so it wasn't a big deal for me, but I think it should have been there as per amenities mentioned on the booking page. Also, the balcony rooms could be a little noisy as they are on the street but it's not too bad.
