Hotel Rising Star

This was our favourite hotel on our travels in India! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, the rooms bright, sunny and comfortable, the food very good and central location. Very happy here😁

Very clean, well decorated accommodation. The family running the business are very kind and honest people. Nice food and a happy stay. Location was very good and staff helped us book our train ticket to Amritsar and took us to the train station for a fair price which was much appreciated. Laundry prices were extremely reasonable.

Rooms were a bit cold in January (but I believe there are heaters upon request) and due to the design of the building we were woken up quite early in the morning by noise (around 7am).

good location although a little inside interior lane , clean and homely , service was good too

the blankets were smelling so it was difficult to breathe if i covered my full head at night which was bothersome

Roof terrace was great, nice food in the restaurant and very nice restaurant staff. Location and view was fantastic.

You don't get much hot water, only a little bit before it runs out.
