Restaurant on location with excellent meals. Friendly staff and bonus of a fantastic band on the evening we were there.

Floors a little creaky. One bed had a dip in the mattress so had to rotate it for a better sleep.

Breakfast was superb and fresh on the day, was help yourself and there was plenty and fresh excellent coffee. We ended up saying 5 nights instead of 3 and the howl were so accommodating. We ate there each night and the food was so reasonable and freshly cooked. Tom, his mam Brenda, Gary and the Team treat you like family! Would highly recommend - its central to the region and easy to get to.

Nothing, apart from the showers are all wet room style and water tended to go all over.... additional mats would help as felt awful using towels for them to be washed every single day.

Overall a great experience. Very friendly staff and helpful. Tom, the owner works so hard to make sure everything done well. A lovely relaxed, homely feeling around the place. Not trying to be posh, just friendly. The breakfast was great - sausages the best. We ate there two evenings - beautiful food and generous portions.

We have 2 dogs, and have stayed here before as great outdoor space for them is available.

Limited window for breakfast for residents is just an hour. This is stated on the website to be fair. However lots of signage saying breakfast 9-11.30, which is apparently only for walk ins and not residents, which caused some confusion and seems to make things unnecessarily complicated. Would definitely help if it was the same times for both walk ins and residents.

The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The food up in the restaurant is good. The bed was comfortable. I was lucky enough to see a fox in the garden.

The furniture in the double single room I was in was a bit run down. I didn't like the open shower in the bathroom. The cupboard doesn't have a door. I just thought it was a bit shabby.

We needed somewhere close to Perranporth as we were collecting a kitten. The venue was perfectly placed for that, my dinner was the biggest Ploughman's I have had in a long time, I could have fed a troop off that. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Given the heatwave, a fan in the room would have been nice, we did bring a little one with us but it was ineffectual in the main as the plug was too far away from the bed. That said, such things are temporary in nature.

Friendly staff, great food, super clean rooms and good location. Really dog friendly with plenty of space for a run. Plenty of parking.

Nothing....it surpassed expectations.
