I experienced very bad service. I put in a formal complaint; to which they done nothing about. I’ve stayed so many times and would have been a regular client, but I won’t be staying again. They gave my 3 month old baby tap water mixed into his breast fed milk and did not find it an issue at all! Poor service, poor management and you’ve lost my custom.

The manager ignored my second email and did not bother replying. Even though the staff member admitted to pouring hot tap water into the baby’s milk bottle! Inexcusable.

Massive bed, spacious rooms, some fantastic staff, great breakfast. Gent on the spa reception Saturday Morning was particularly excellent.

Poor communication over pipework repairs and water cut-off - guests should have been notified in advance and staff should have been fully briefed in order to accurately communicate the impact .

The hotel was easy to access, light and modern with a homely touch. And despite me booking through booking.com they allowed me as an IHG member to have a complimentary late checkout. I was staying as a solo parent with my 3 children who all really enjoyed our stay, my youngest (5) said "Oooo this place is fancy" when we entered into the foyer of the hotel, which made us all chuckle! They loved the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast where they absolutely made use of a good few plates to fill their little tummies after a busy weekend at legoland windsor! Bruce checked us in with the help of a senior female member of staff and I was very impressed by their welcoming nature and were very helpful offering support if I needed anything knowing I was alone with the children. This was particularly warming and very much appreciated- the children and I also enjoyed the complimentary fudge. Yum!

There is nothing that I can think of that negatively impacted our stay. We would love to come back again soon. thankyou

The suite room with living area was very spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. The reception /staff were very friendly and helpful ( especially lady called nesrine). Plenty of parking nearby( overflow car park with charging points). We enjoyed using the pool/steam/ sauna facilities. There was a live music in the hotel lounge on one of the days we were there. The antipodes toiletries smelled great.

The room could use a deep clean. Especially the sofa/ carpet and curtains. They seem to have triggered my dust allergies. The safety deposit box was a bit tricky to use and also it was located very low inside the wardrobe.

Everything was amazing All the staff were fabulous, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best.
