Great dinner and breakfast in the dining room with a log fire - very good food and great service. The location was unique and the staff were fabulous.

Signage could have been better. There was a big sign off the road then just a small spray-painted sign on a stone wall that said Jela which we missed so went the wrong way which was problematic in the snow. The bed was very hard, toilet smelly and the chain saws were going in the timber mill right in front of Jela Natural Resort on Saturday afternoon and first thing Sunday morning.

Our booking was cancelled by the property with 5 hours notice. As we were travelling we were unaware of it. On arrival we were told there was a problem with no water or electricity to the cabins. It seemed odd that we could see lights on the cabins and water and lights in the restaurant. I’m an experienced traveller and this is a first for me. The only redeeming action by the staff was to contact alternate accomodation in Peje.
