Location. Food in the restaurant.

Lodge style cabins could do with some repair work. Replacement toilet seat. Replace the aluminium strip around the tiles, which has dangerously sharp edges.

Despite quick order confirmation and advance payment from my side, the facility was closed, nobody in there. I called few times the number stated in order confirmation, nobody picked up. Until today nobody contacted me and apologised, nor I got my money back. Price was stated incl. breakfast but the restaurant was closed as well, totaly dead place. Hereby I ask booking.com for the assitance and return of 46,80 EUR to my account.

The room was clean and warm, and the hospitality generally was good.

Cottage stay was nice, green environment, huge park place.

The bed was not comfortable, shower was very small, our family friend could not take shower because the water boiler was not working.

Restaurant had great food, the surroundings are beautiful and the staff tried to be as helpful as possible with all the problems I had.

This place has a really cool concept, but it's really badly managed and everything seems to be improvised. My first room didn't have a working boiler, so I had to change it. I ended up without a shower that day because the water takes hours to heat up. The shower itself was just a handheld douche that sits at waist height. The front door of the room had a glass window without a curtain. It has some sort of privacy film, but it doesn't work at night, so any passerbys can look inside your room. I had to improvise a curtain with my clothes for privacy. The bed was terrible and, without sound isolation, I could hear all the snoring from the adjacent room. It says breakfast is included, but at 8am there was no staff anywhere to be seen, so forget that if you are starting early.
