Terrazas de Salento

Just incredible in every aspect. Especially the most caring employees. This place is beautiful, well located. Breakfast is amazing. Views are wonderful. I would totally recommend it to anyone unless you have problems walking up a few meters because it is located in a hill.

​I had a wonderful time at this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. A unique highlight is the indoor garden located right inside the building, in the same area as the reception and the dining room. ​During breakfast, they light an outdoor fireplace nearby; the aroma is wonderful, and the breakfast itself is delicious. The staff are very friendly and maintain high standards in both their work and their service to guests. I would return here with great pleasure. ​I also want to give a special thanks to Leider at the front desk. He is a very pleasant young man and a true professional. It was a real pleasure dealing with him!

Wat een pareltje is deze accommodatie! We hebben hier 4 nachten verbleven en het was heerlijk! De kamer was groot met veel ramen en luikjes om te ventileren. De accommodatie ligt heerlijk rustig aan de rand van het dorpje met prachtig uitzicht over Salento. De binnen en buiten tuin is erg mooi. We hebben erg bijzondere vogels voorbij zien komen. De jongens van de receptie en het ontbijt waren ontzettend vriendelijk en je kunt wel zeggen dat ze goed getraind zijn om met gasten om te gaan. Ze maakten iedere keer een praatje als ze je zagen en gaven ook tips over wat er in de omgeving te doen is. Ze spraken ook goed Engels. De gastvrijheid die we hier hebben ervaren is iets wat je in Colombia nog niet zoveel ziet, dus chapeau aan het hotel! Het ontbijt was overigens het beste wat we gehad hebben hier in Colombia, je mag bijna alles kiezen en iedere dag heerlijk vers fruit en sap. Ik kan niet zeggen dan een top verblijf die ik iedereen aanraad.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel has lots of charm, with plants, fireplace and comfy furniture in the public areas. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in town while being away from the main tourist area.

Minor item, be mindful when showering as hot water tank may be slightly overwhelmed during popular times
