La cama el aire acondicionado inexistente, la ubicación, la gasolinera de la puerta del hotel? La piscina in usable el cartel gigante luminoso en frente de la ventana.

Location convenient as it’s close to road if travelling

They gave us a room with just a double bed despite having booked a room for 3 people. Had to argue with receptionist (who was not accommodating at all) and threaten to go to another hotel to be changed to a room with 3 single beds and a malfunctioning fridge which made the room incredibly hot.
