Ubicación a dos cuadras del centro

El estacionamiento es complicado porque está muy inclinado. Camas no tan cómodas. No hay personal en recepción las 24 horas, no hay servicio al menos básico de alimentación temprano.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious since we booked the quadruple with a balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, and very central location.

First, the internet didn’t work for me at all during our time there, which was frustrating. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive — just eggs and bread every day, with no variation. The biggest problem, however, was the noise. The balcony shutters had no glass behind them, so it felt like the room was completely exposed to the street noise — cars, people, music, everything. It was incredibly loud at all hours, and I had a really hard time sleeping. Unfortunately, we couldn’t switch to a quieter room because the other rooms didn’t have windows, which wasn’t an option for us either.

La posizione è centralissima, la camera spaziosa

La camera era priva di vere finestre, se non per delle aperture ad altezza soffitto che lasciavano filtrare la luce diurna e, peraltro, non schermabili per ottenere il buio. Il bagno è piccolissimo, con un lavandino davvero minuscolo, la colazione molto povera, decisamente la più povera di tutto il nostro lungo soggiorno in Colombia. Inoltre, viene servita alle 8 del mattino, abbastanza tardi considerato che le escursioni nei dintorni iniziano prima. Alla richiesta di anticiparla, ci è stato detto che non era possibile, così non abbiamo usufruito di due colazioni delle tre incluse nella tariffa.
