Hotel Arena Blanca

The best thing going for this hotel are the wonderful people and the best location. Has a nice pool. Good air-conditioning in the room. Good free wifi. Property is kept clean. The room itself is spacious with one large closet. Several electrical outlets. Right next door is a good supermarket on the right side, and a very convenient restaurant with good breakfast on the left. I had breakfast every day there and it was perfect. And the malecon is only a block away. Walking distance to everything you need.

There are a few things that could be improved. 1. Hotel does not have a restaurant or offer breakfast, but does not need to as there are many food places steps away. 2. The room is very basic and a small refrigerator would be nice to put things bought from the supermarket next door or from the vendors around. Especially some cold drinks for the night. 3. ***Rooms are not cleaned unless requested. Wet towels smell moldy in a few hours. 4. Bathroom was not ready with shampoo, and needed more soap and an extra toilet paper (small rolls). Dysfunctional shower head sprays the lukewarm water in all directions. 5. No desk or chair in room. I had to ask for one to do some work on my computer. 6. Brand new TV that never worked. Had all the major Android apps but no account activated to view anything. 7. The bathroom sink area is tiny and the door needs a hook to hang clothes. I cannot understand the logic of a bathrrom door not having a clothes hook with nowhere else to put the clothes in the bathroom when you take them off. 8. Bed is comfortable but pillows too hard. 9. A small lamp in the room would also be nice.

La primera habitación se sentía mucho ruido de la calle y como iba por trabajo esto me impedía dormir bien, pero al día siguiente solicité cambio de habitación y el personal muy amable y diligente, realizaron el cambio sin poner problema, la otra habitación estaba mucho mejor.

El hotel estaba muy limpio , las habitaciones limpias , ordenadas , silenciosas y cómodas. Se encuentra cerca de todo y está a una cuadra del mar Los precios son accesibles y van acorde del lugar Lo mejor fue el personal , nos ayudaron con nuestro equipaje , todos estaban muy atentos y cordiales. Excelente servicio

Cerca de la playa, buena ubicación Personal muy atento, cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado nos han atendido muy amables. Estaba limpio.

No tiene persiana (al menos mi habitación) por lo que te despiertas con mucha luz.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación y la atención del personal

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa y de lugares clave en Salinas. El personal fue bastante amable y la limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien. Es un lugar cómodo para una estadía corta.

Se escuchaba bastante ruido tanto del pasillo y el de la calle, lo cual dificultaba descansar. No había estación de café disponible en el hotel.
