Exceptional hospitality: The staff were incredibly kind and professional, especially Mariam, the Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. ​Prime location: The hotel is perfectly situated, making it a great base for our trip. ​Thoughtful gestures: We truly appreciated the surprise heart-shaped cake for our special occasion. ​Accommodating team: The housekeeping team was very helpful and flexible in accommodating our requests even outside of regular cleaning hours. ​Relaxing atmosphere: The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.

​Lack of room quality control: The room was not properly prepared before check-in. It lacked basic essentials like bottled water and tea, and it took three calls to room service to receive water. Additionally, the welcome fruit was not fresh. ​Maintenance issues: There was visible damage to the room flooring, and the electric kettle was also damaged. ​Uncomfortable environment: The air conditioning in the guest corridors appeared to be turned off, making the hallways poorly ventilated and uncomfortable. ​Breakfast experience: The breakfast buffet was below expectations for a five-star hotel. I expected a more complete selection (e.g., an omelet station), and it was disappointing to be charged extra for coffee. ​Post-stay communication: I contacted the hotel through Booking.com regarding a lost personal item after check-out, but it took over 48 hours for a response, only to be informed it wasn't found. Guest care should continue beyond the check-out process.
