Lo staff gentile e disponibile, attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza. C'è la possibilità di prendere in prestito passeggini e zaini adatti al trekking senza nessun sovrapprezzo. Cibo ottimo, sia a colazione che a cena. La piscina e la stanza giochi sono un ottimo intrattenimento per i bambini. Pulizia sia negli spazi comuni che in camera. Siamo stati benissimo, lo consigliamo!

Really had such welcoming family feel. Everyone was always so helpful and cheerful.

It was very hot inside the building. It could use a small update with some A/C in some of the more common areas to help cool it down some.

The pool and garden with rabbits was great for the kids! Sauna was great! Breakfast was good

Very hard extra bed for one of the kids. We didn't get clear information that dinner was not included in the stay. Because of that the final bill became a surprise 🫢.

I chose this property because there was a miniclub for children all day long, swimming pools and spa and because I found a decent offer

if you don’t have a car and want to explore more the area it’s a bit inconvenient as (depending on the period of time you go) there could be a very limited bus service and/or it takes hours to cover distance that would otherwise be a stone's throw away by car. The mattress and the pillow were not great. Also in the room there is no complementary tea/coffee or a cattle for hot water which I found in hotels of a much lower level than this.
