La ristorazione è il vero fiore all’occhiello: colazione ricca e cena eccellente, con piatti curati e di qualità. Staff professionale e cordiale. Stanza ottima, pulita e confortevole, con balcone e splendida vista sulle montagne. Posizione tranquilla alla periferia del paese ma comodissima: fermata dei mezzi pubblici a circa 200 metri, che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Scena, Merano e diversi impianti di risalita.

No air condition and it was extremely hot. Front desk is not 24/7. It was really hard

Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr angenehme erholsame Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Personal war sehr zuvor kommend und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten unsere E-Mountainbikes dabei und konnten diese sicher in der Garage abstellen und täglich laden. Auch die ein weiterer perfekter Service des Hotels. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Good choice to stay here. The breakfast was excellent and had different options. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. Free parking and free access to spa.

Location little bit far from the center

The location was very good. Schenna is a very nice little town. There was a nice view from the hotel with the apple trees. The room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The room was near the street and car rumors can be heard, although the street had very low traffic.

Location was perfect, few minutes from the center of Merano, the room was big, clean and very modern. There is plenty of attractions (Meran 2000, Meran Spa).

The parking was a bit small but the area where they should really improve is the restaurant. Breakfast was very limited in terms of available food, there was an automatic coffe machine (very bad). Dinner was excessively slow, due to the fact that each course is served at the same time for all the tables. The variety of food is to be improved, I have been travelling in Süd Tirol in the last 20 years and this was probably the first time I wished I hadn't picked the dinner option.
