"Pourrait mieux faire"

Chambre très propre, literie confortable mais la chambre pourrait être modernisée. Parties communes RAS.

Le manque de personnel et de service, personne ne répond au téléphone, l’accès par l’ascenseur pour PMR est fermé le soir et impossible de trouver ou joindre quelqu'un, nous avons dû faire monter une personne à mobilité réduite par l’escalier ça a été très très difficile pour elle. La veille nous avons trouvé un couple à la porte qui n’avait pas le code et personne encore une fois....C’est vraiment un problème.

La chambre, la propreté, le parking.

La communication avec le personnel. Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil pour nous recevoir à 19h30. Nous avons été facturé deux fois. La personne au bout du fil n'était pas des plus compréhensives.... Bref une mauvaise expérience.
