the location is king, in the center of the activities,

the view on the car parks, one elevator, old furniture that need some maintenance, divided bathroom which is annoying. the breakfast was OK.

"Good location, but the service quality is far below expectations."

The location is excellent, with most activities within walking distance. There are also plenty of activities suitable for kids.

Service quality was poor. I usually stay at Autograph Collection hotels in Shahdag and expected a reasonable standard, which is why I chose Zirva Hotel for a weekend stay. Unfortunately, the Booking.com rating is misleading—getting a response from reception required calling several times.
