Room size is too small and the extra bed was expensive also no proper space for extra bed

The motel was well located in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the central area of town. Our room was clean and comfortable and any items not in the room were quickly provided. The breakfast provided, while simple, was delicious and the breakfast manager was wonderful. He even had our dosa's sliced to avoid us mangling them. He was also extremely helpful in organising tours for us as he spoke beautiful english. Peppers restaurant upstairs had a wide range of dishes all well cooked and served. A lovely touch was the warm water finger bowls provided at the end of the meal. Although there were some language difficulties everything was overcome and always with a huge smile. Special mention to our wonderful smiling doorman.

Shower fittings can be better. Hard to operate faucets in the bathroom.

- Location is a pretty good, close to the city centre. - Room was excellent, big & comfortable - Everything was well maintained & clean - Most of the staff were very helpful when required

- Bathroom could've been bigger - Amenities provided had to be asked for. For instance, we were only provided 1 towel, 1 dental kit, 1 soap etc. on Day 1. We had to ask for extra towel for the 2nd day - Water bottles were not provided on the 2nd day, upon asking, they promised to send us the bottles which never came
