location much crouded overall outside area is not good

Staff waas very nice.Rooms were clean but washroom in lower room was very smaller and not so convenient. Rest is fine.

If Washroom is bigger in size it would be good enough.

The hotel have very poor communication and care for customers. They could not confirm availability of Room at 8am check-in and told to call late evening to give some idea. The Hotel guys never called, when we called no one responded and ultimately we got a better hotel close to the Temple which Valued our Business and wanted to help us. They offered Non AC room till the AC rooms are free and we could get fresh and visit the temple. Customer dont by beds but service and respect.

The staff are not supportive every time you have to ask them for water, toiletries etc.

The locality where it is located is very bad.

Washrooms were not clean. Water bottles were used.
