friendly staff Good food when served in restaurant. effort at energy saving, with common area lights being operated on motion sensors

very dirty. the hotel doesn't seem to have a proper housekeeping / cleaning staff. the lift seems very dangerous. rooms are spacious but not clean. the lights in the room were very dim. the faucets, shower and jet spray nozzles were clogged. the mattress is too soft. not healthy and advisable for people with back problem. and very difficult for elderly people. COLD breakfast and tea served in the room.

Bad smelly room, unprofessional staff, rooms with non functional equipment’s.

Location was at remote place but neat and clean Staff was friendly polite. breakfast so tasty and food also higenic.Simba dog very nicefriendly.

More use oil in veg dishes and sugar in tea...

Location of hotel. Not far from Temple.

Bathroom toilet were not Clean. We reached around mid night. Security guard did not let us in and asked us to contact manager. We called manager 3-4 times and then he picked our call. While booking i already informed about our arrival time and that we are travelling with family. All the time my Parents who are 75+ and kids were kept standing outside the gate of the hotel.
