The desk staff both night duty as well as day duty staff was good and respectful. Quilt and Bed sheets were clean and fresh.

The pictures of the rooms are misleading and far away from reality. Towels too hard to use. No Tea or Coffee bags provided in the room. Only one cup and one glass was there. Spring bed is too loose. Not comfortable to sleep. The kitchen opens only after 7 am. Morning tea is available only after that time. The desk manager on night duty was good and cooperative. He managed to provide an electric kettle on request.
