Great hotel in a perfect, calm location. The rooms were specious and clean and the staff were all very polite and helpful. There’s also a restaurant inside the hotel that offers very good food.

Got a clean, warm and spacious room, everything at the hotel was alright, the staff was very much welcoming and supportive. All in all - a very pleasant stay with a very good value for the money spent. The restaurant/tavern is also very nice.

A hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast is very good. The staff were wonderful — all our requests were handled promptly and kindly. Highly recommended for families.

הבריכה לא באמת חוממה. בחוץ היה קור של 8 מעלות. המיים היו בטמפרטורת החדר. המקלחת זוועתית. חור הניקוז נמצא באמצע חדר האמבטיה. בפועל החלחול אליו איטי. והחדר הוצף. המכשור פרימיטיבי. אין דוש. צריך להחזיק את השפורפרת ביד. הצינור דולף.

"Комфортно, на прекрасна локация и с чудесно обслужване."

Обслужването беше прекрасно, стаите комфортни, а механата предлага наистина вкусна храна и разполага с доста богато меню от местни специалитети. Закуската предлагана като опция също си струва. Локацията е чудесна ако искате да обикаляте района на Смолян.

Леглата бяха малко малки, ако вземете стая с отделни легла. Wi-fi се губеше на места, но нищо фатално.
