"Horrible stay, third rate setvice"

Drinking water will not be given AC, geyser, fan- nothing worked. Had to take cold water bath at 4 am. Payment option is only cash. No digital payment services. Request for services will not be honoured. Intercom services do not work or not responded. It would be better to sleep or stay in railway platform than in this hotel. Food service delayed. Travel help not given. Wrong advice given for travel outside as a result v were wasting time on the road. The hotel is not worth 25 per cent of the cost. Will not return and will not recommend to any contact of mine. Sorry being harsh. But only being Frank.

The lodge has a liquor bar at the entrance , the room was horrible dirty, cob wed in the cupboard . not worth the money and stay.

Location of the apartment is very good, close to railway station. Friendly staff helped us with our needs.

There is no lift facility at the premises .
