I liked the view and the fresh air.

the bathtub needs a slight improvement because the stopper isn't tight enough, causing the water to drain.

Breakfast could be better. I think they can provide fresh fruits juice and local traditional drinks that are easily available in the area

At convenient location- not far from Soreang toll gate

The communication. We were staying at executive room, Prior to check-in I requested to put the twin bed together since there was no double bed available at the booking option. The request rejected. I tried to chat them the through booking.con chat but no reply. Then I rang the hotel directly which the person I spoke with still said to put bed together wasn’t allowed because there’s a drawer in the middle and it fixed. She also mentioned the double bed was still available at their end but since I’ve booked through booking.com it’s not possible to change. After I checked it, it only took me 2 minutes to put the bed together and moved the light drawer in between the beds. The foods weren’t the best either. Took more than an hour for the room service and when it arrived it the burger wasn’t cooked properly. But I must say that they were very nice to offer replacement but we declined as we didn’t want to wait longer again. Then they offered us free deserts. The breakfast was so so as well.

Мне понравилось почти всё. Я не знаю, почему некоторые люди оценивают этот отель слишком плохо. Это очень хороший четырёхзвездочный отель за очень приятную цену. В городе Бандунг есть и другие четырёхзвездочные отели, но цены там выше в 2-3 раза.

В комнате отсутствовала вешалка, чтобы просушить одежду. Нет телевизора smart TV.
