Family Hotel Alfa Vita

The hotel is not far from the old town. The staff was really nice.

The price is too high for the services and the quality been provided. Rooms look like 90s dorm, nobody recharged the toilet paper rolls for 2 days (there was just 1 toilet paper roll). Wifi was really poor and had to use my mobile hotspot so I can work. No parking lots and you have to walk for about 15 mins to the parking next to the stadium.

The location was the highlight of the stay and it was clean but that’s about it

Only 2 plug sockets worked for charging they had no coffee etc in the room but we requested a kettle and they politely gave us one but it blew out when we tried to boil the water. The bathroom light was very temperamental and only a tiny toilet bin , no other place to put rubbish. Not enough toilet paper in the room . I’m sure we could request but our room was on top floor so we just used our own. Booked Balcony room with sea view but there was a big building in the way so you could hardly see the sea . The view was a building so that was advertised falsely. No breakffast options . And staff were very helpful and polite but difficult to communicate as non English speaking but thank god for google translate. Door handle was very loose and was key operated. Not provided clean towels daily so not sure why they came into our room daily as apart from emptying the tiny bin there was nothing to restock as we didn’t even get fresh towels, we had the same towels every day. On the whole ,was not modern , felt outdated,I won’t stay there again . For the price can get much better options.

Локацията е супер, на няколко крачки от плажа е. Стаите са чисти, освежени, пердетата са плътни (не като на снимките), което си беше голям плюс. Тихо е (поне в стаята, в която бяхме настанени). В стаите не ставаше горещо, дори и без включен климатик. Собствениите на хотела са изключително услужливи и коректни, помогнаха ни с багажа и с паркинга. Препоръчвам хотела и особено стаята с гледка към морето :)

Не бих казала, че е минус, но щеше да е голям бонус ако имаше кана за топла вода в стаята или автомат за кафе на партера. Най-близкото място, от където може да си закупите кафе сутрин е на 80-100м от хотела. Това беше неудобството за нас, които обичаме да изпием едно кафе преди да тръгнем.

Camera tripla foarte spatioasa, cu balcon in care se afla o masuta cu 2 scaune, curata. Baie mare si de asemenea curata. Personal foarte amabil. La intrarea in locatie exista o terasa cu mese si scaune unde se putea sta pana seara tarziu pentru socializare. Plaja centrala foarte aproape. Foarte aproape de orasul vechi si zona centrala a orasului.

Персоналът беше много любезен. Два пъти ме извозиха от паркинга до хотела, за което съм благодарен. Чистота.

Хотелът се рекламира със собствен паркинг и това беше причината да го изберем. Оказа се, обаче, че този паркинг е на 950 метра от хотела! Таксата за 24 часа на паркинга е 10лв за гости на хотела и 14 лв за останалите. На около 100-150м от хотела има други паркинги, които също са 14 лв/ден. Бих посъветвал собствениците за гости на хотела паркингът да е поне безплатен. Стаята (25) е много спартански обзаведена. Има две дървени табуретки, на които се предполага, че ще седите докато гледате телевизия. Стаите с лице към улицата са много шумни. Около 6 сутринта на три пъти се включи някаква помпа или друго съоръжение(?), което в продължение на 5-6 минути звучеше силно. При тези условия цената от 140 лв/ден е твърде висока.
