Location

Pub but no draft beer. Music night but we were the only people in the pub. Was frozen at night as radiator off as well as fan heating in en-suite. Slept with socks on and head under the quilt. Very basic but cheap. Clean but won’t stay again

There was no breakfast option. I wasn't given any wi-fi indo. Staff left soon after I arrived so couldn't ask them. No info left in the room about wi-fi.

It didn't feel clean on the floors and in the shower. Bedding needs updated.

Byl czajnik, herbata, kawa i mleczko. Bardzo dobra cena na nocleg tylko 30 km od Balmoral Castle

Na dole jest pub i był koncert muzyki ludowej. Do 3 nad ranem. Tak jakbyś spał w pubie. Upewnijcie się czy nie będzie koncert przed rezerwacją. No chyba, że lubicie spać w koncercie szkockiej muzyki ludowej

PLACE HAD NO CENTRAL HEATING WORKING AND 2 ELECTRIC FAN HEATER WERE GIVEN . ZERO FOOD FACILITIES WINDOW WAS CRACKED MOLD IN BATHROOM DAM PATCH ON CEILING

The location was good for the event that we were volunteering at.

When we went in, they stated that it had not been paid and required payment prior to giving us the keys. Once we had paid and received the keys we went to the rooms. We had 4 rooms booked in total. They were very disappointing with cobwebs, toilets dirty, shower heads disgusting, mould in the fridges, and a smell of sewage from 1 of the rooms I went down and asked to see the manager and I made a complaint. They stated that it is what it is. We enquired to see if there was different accommodation within the area however there was none. We stayed the first night and left in the morning after sending a text, telephone message and email requesting a refund. Still waiting for a reply. On further inspection, the PAT testing was out by 6 years, the fire alarm was disabled, the beds were stained. I have lodged a complaint with Trading Standards who have passed it on the environmental health. The place should be closed down.
