"location was great"

location was great.

the rooms are small for the price, the smell of musk/ humid, not clean, mold in the shampoo dispenser, closet smelled heavy of mold, musky. No Iron, hair dryer and to many unnecessary rules/ inspections.

They charged me 60 dollars because there was makeup stains in the face towel and some sheets had a dirt stain but aren’t they suppose to wash all the linnen anyway after our stay

location

one of our party suddenly took I’ll and couldn’t make the trip. we asked if they could do anything for us. they said we have to go through you. I couldn’t find anywhere on my app to contact you. I am disappointed in your service and will not use you again

No breakfast provided. Good central location.

Wifi doesn't work in all the rooms. Frustrating at times! Best place to use WiFi was in the central courtyard. Also noisy during the day as an elevator is being installed.
