The room was very nice with balcony and a nice Mountain View. The price was really good. Self check in is convenient.

Due to self check in it was automatically said it is not possible to check in early or store our luggage (not that we needed it, but this is the first time I hear of a hotel that doesn’t offer to store luggage). Staff was a bit unfriendly at breakfast- when we chose a table next to the window we got told off even though there were plenty of free tables. It was unclear why it was not ‘allowed‘. Parking spaces were not enough and when we arrived my friend had to go in and ask - the cook came out and told us where we could park ( not an official space) so we found a solution but it was a bit stressful.

Kein Personal für Check in. Automatischer check in funktioniert nur mit interner Auftragsnummer, die von booking nicht mit der Auftragsbestätigung verschickt wurde. Enormer Zeitaufwand und viel Ärger, bis wir endlich einen Zimmerschlüssel hatten. Nie wieder! Außerdem ist das Zimmer durch die Lage an der viel befahrenen Strasse sehr laut.

Preis/Leistung ist OK.

Für die Größe des Hotels zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Man merkt, dass es ein Haus ist, das ohne präsenten Chefs/Eigentümern geführt wird. Das Personal ist mittelmäßig freundlich.

Das die Spiegellampe im Badezimmer nur an den Stromkabeln vor dem Spiegel herunter hing.
