Family Hotel Teteven

Good location and room size.

The restaurant was fully booked for a private party, so no chance to dine in the restaurant, the music was too loud as there was a live band, the rooms are just above the restaurant, which suppose to work until 12am but the music continued until 2am in the morning!

The hotel location is excelent. Staff is polite. Breakfast was as if home made - very delicious. The rooms are well sized. I liked that there is a desk, where you can sit and work on oyur laptop for example. There was a bathtub in the larger room.

It was not clean enough. My room needs a repaint, as there were scales on the ceiling near the window. Only one electricity outlet in the whole room is a little bit inconvenient. I'd guess that a safe in each room is a requirement o get 3 stars rating, but I would have liked to have a small fridge instead. There were other minor things like missing dimming glass on one of the lights, a few lights were not working, the remote control had only a few buttons working and stuff like that.
