This hotel is a real find off the Strada del Vino. The decor is really nice and has a bicyclist theme to it, but is also modern. Wow, the breakfasts are really something special. As are the dinners. It seems most people do half board here, and it’s worth it. Their antipasti buffet is extensive and you can tell all their ingredients are fresh and bio. We had a room that was split level which worked for us, but the bathroom is downstairs from the bed- so can be tricky for some. We also had a balcony with beautiful views of the vineyard and mountain. I’d stay again.

A perfect combination of all of the modern comforts with the atmosphere of a family home. Friendly staff, excellent food and service, and the very best location for biking, wine tastings and visiting Bolzano and Trentino. We will return!

The location makes this spot ideal. The family run hotel does a fine job of running all of the departments. The customer service is very good. The only exception were the waitresses that were not really able to make the emotional connection or enhance the guest experience - one would say a bit aloof and not the heart felt feeling one sometimes find. This was a topic among guests, so it was not just us. The owners however, really do go out of there way to make this an enlightened hospitality hotel. They offer a wide array of activites, especially group Mtn. Bike tours with very charming guides We learned a lot. The food was very good and the appetizers at the buffet were amazing. My husband really liked the breakfast. The only thing he missed was the Bircher Musli and berrys that we have found at other hotels.

Amazing place to stay , the food is excellent , the rooms are clean and fully renovated, but the most important is the Attention you receive from the Pomella family, Andreas organized our bikes, gave us all the info needed to explore the area,patiently answered our questions , Armin would take us on a guided bike trip, and in the evening recommend a perfect wine for our meal, and Evi served us and overlooked the dining room , this is truly a family run hotel that deserves its 4 stars. I had one recommendation to put English in the translation for their web site, Andreas said it was in the works !

Business trip to Bozen and I stopped for the night in this Hotel. I hadn't reservation, but I found a DUS and the Hotel owner, a nice old man, was really friendly with his german italian language. Room quite wide and in Sud-Tirol style with pine wood everywhere. Traditional furniture, but room and bathroom clean and well equipped. Breakfast was included in the room price (74,00 euro) and offered a rich selection of good quality food. This Hotel is right on the "Sud Tirol weinstrasse" (the wine route of Sud Tirol) in one of the most important village for wine of Sud Tirol (Tramin) and many guests of the Hotel were ther with their mountain bikes or speedy bikes to enjoy the "weinstrasse".
