No hand soap and spiders nest in the corner, crack in the shower head

The staff behind the bar have taken our diner order but not given it to the kitchen, so we waited well over an hour for the food.

Excellent location, right in the midst of the action of the Moondyne Festival, yet after a delicious dinner at the hotel when we went to our room, the location was quiet and peaceful. The room was fully self contained with everything needed on hand.

Our one and only criticism was that the bathroom had very little bench space. Nowhere to place a toiletries bag while showering. We did mention to the hotel staff that a small trolley could be placed next to the wash basin for guests convenience.

Great restaurant and great location. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

TV and lounge set up was lacking. Would be more beneficial having a tv in the bedroom

Good location

We were in a 2 bedroom unit but only seating for 3 people. Hot water was extremely slow, pillows v uncomfortable. Noise from dining room very loud. The pubs food was not good quality, 2 of the 4 of us were served unchewable steak.

Breakfast was not served at the hotel but there was an exceptional cafe next door to the hotel called Early Mist Cafe.
